You get the storefront, the cart and the payment page. Your customers pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay without leaving your site, and the money lands in a payment account in your own name. One fee per sale, nothing else.
Most people selling a course or a membership do not want to build a shop. They want a page where someone can buy, and the money to arrive. That is what this is.
Add your products, set prices in your currency, write the descriptions. Bundles, variants and one-off items all work the same way. Changes go live immediately, with no deployment.
The payment step runs inside your own site under your branding. Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link, with 3-D Secure handled for you. Your buyer is never bounced to a page they do not recognise.
Recurring billing, trial periods, upgrades and cancellations. Failed renewals are retried automatically and your member is emailed before access lapses.
See what sold, what was refunded and what is on its way to your bank. Export any period for your accountant. Refunds are one click from the same screen.
The step that takes longest is not ours. It is Stripe verifying your business, and that moves as fast as you send your documents.
You show us your product. We say yes or no, and we say it quickly. If it is a category we cannot take, you hear that on day one rather than after you have built something.
You complete Stripe's verification once: business details, identity, bank account. The account is yours, in your name, and stays yours.
We set up your catalogue and connect the checkout to your domain. You review it, we adjust, it goes live.
Customers buy, the money settles into your payment account and is paid out to your bank on the schedule you set. Our fee is deducted per sale.
These are the businesses we set up and support. If yours is not on this list, ask — but read the box underneath first.
Recorded courses, live cohorts, one-to-one programmes. Sell a single course or a whole library, with access granted the moment payment clears.
Paid communities, tiered membership, gated content. Members manage their own plan, and lapsed payments do not become your admin problem.
Anything billed monthly or yearly: tools, newsletters, retainers, ongoing support. Trials, proration and plan changes are handled.
Templates, presets, asset libraries, ebooks, software licences. Delivery is automatic on payment, so there is nothing to send by hand.
Physical goods with normal shipping and returns. Same catalogue, same checkout, with shipping options and tax handled at the till.
Send us your product page. You get a straight answer on whether we can set you up, and if we cannot, we tell you why rather than leaving you guessing.
Card payments run through Stripe, so Stripe's rules apply to your business as much as to ours. We cannot set up stores selling pharmaceuticals, research chemicals or peptides, supplements that make health claims, CBD, adult content, gambling, or financial and investment services. There are more categories than that — Stripe publishes the full list.
We would rather turn you down in the first conversation than build your store and have the account closed three months later with your revenue held. If your business falls into one of these categories, we are not the right fit and we will say so.
Easier to explain in three lines than to hide behind a quote form.
A percentage of each completed sale, fixed in writing before you go live. It depends on what you sell and your volume, and it does not change without your agreement.
Charged separately by Stripe for processing the card payment, at their published rates. That money goes to Stripe, not to us, and every fee is visible in your own dashboard.
Nothing. No setup fee, no subscription, no charge for the storefront, the checkout or support. If you have a quiet month, you pay us nothing that month.
Your rate is confirmed in writing before your store goes live and applies from your first sale. Stripe's processing fees are set by Stripe and are visible in your own account. All figures are net and exclusive of VAT where applicable.
You are. Your business name appears on your customer's card statement and the sale is legally yours. Zelvia provides the software; we are not a party to the transaction and we do not hold your money.
Into a payment account in your own name, and from there to your bank account on the payout schedule you choose. It does not pass through a Zelvia account on the way.
You get one during setup. Card payments run through Stripe, so you complete their identity and business verification once. The account belongs to you, and you keep access to it.
Visa, Mastercard and American Express, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link. Klarna and PayPal are available depending on your country and what you sell.
A platform fee per completed sale, agreed in writing before you go live. No monthly fee, no setup fee. Stripe's processing fees are separate and go to Stripe.
Yes. The storefront and checkout sit on your domain under your branding, and your customer stays on your site through the whole purchase.
You issue refunds yourself from your dashboard. If a customer disputes a charge, you get the evidence form and we help you fill it in. Because you are the merchant of record, the decision and the outcome are yours.
Anything on Stripe's restricted business list: pharmaceuticals and research chemicals, supplements with health claims, CBD, adult content, gambling, financial and investment services, among others. We check this before you start, not after.
Most stores are live within a week. The longest step is Stripe verifying your business, which moves as fast as you send your documents.
Yes. The payment account is in your name, so you keep it, your customer records and your payout history. There is no notice period and no exit fee.
